培养基对诱导丰香和全明星草莓产生不定芽的影响

摘要 以丰香和全明星品种的组培苗叶片为材料 ,研究培养基组分对诱导草莓叶片产生不定芽的影响。结果表明 :在相同培养条件下 ,全明星叶片的再生能力高于丰香。以MS +BA 1 .0mg/L +IBA0 .5mg/L为培养基 ,全明星叶片的再生率为 5 3 % ,而丰香为 2 0 % ;以MS(盐类 ) +B5 (维生素 ) +BA 1 .0mg/L +IAA 1 .0mg/L和MS +BA 2 .0mg/L +IAA 1 .0mg/L做培养基 ,丰香叶片的再生率分别为 5 3 %和 5 2 %。 Experiment using leaf explants of strawberry‘Toyonoka’and‘Allstar’as material revealed that under the same culture conditions,the leaf regeneration frequency in‘Toyonoka’was higher than that in‘Allstar’ .The medium MS +BA 1 .0mg/L +IBA 0 .5mg/Lgave5 3 %ofleaf regeneration frequency for‘Allstar’ ,but only 2 0 %of that for‘Toyonoka’ .
