摘要
为了节约气举井的作业成本 ,延长检泵周期 ,提高气举井采油效率 ,提出了投捞式气举采油技术 ,并合作研制出ZYPT— 1型投捞式气举偏心工作筒。介绍了投捞式气举偏心工作筒的结构、工作原理与设计技术参数以及试验情况。2 0 0 1年以来 ,文东油田共采用投捞式气举工艺 30井次 ,下入ZYPT— 1型偏心工作筒 12 0枝 ,实施投捞作业 18井次 ,投捞成功率达92 2 % ,检阀周期平均延长 32d ,累计增产原油 4 45 4t ,节约生产成本 32
In order to lower the operation cost of gas-lift wells and improve the efficiency of oil production of gas-lift wells, a throw-in type sidepocket gas-lift mandrel is developed. The design features and technical parameters and test of the mandrel are introduced. 120 of this kind of mandrel have been used in Wendong Oilfield in Henan Province, which were thrown in and pulling out 18 times with a success rate of 92.2%. The results show that the pump check period was extended 32 days averagely, and 4 454 tons more of crude oil were produced in total and 0.325 million Yan of production cost was saved.
