摘要
投捞式气举采油技术是气举采油工艺的重要组成部分 ,该技术是通过钢丝和投捞工具串将气举阀从井下投捞偏心工作筒中取出或投放 ,具有施工费用低、耗时短的特点 ,目前在国内外被广泛采用。ZYPT - 1型投捞式偏心工作筒是投捞式气举采油装置的重要组成部分 ,2 0 0 1年以来 ,文东油田共采用投捞式气举工艺 30井次 ,下入ZYPT - 1型偏心工作筒 1 2 0支 ,实施投捞作业 1 3井次 ,投捞成功率达 92 .2 % ,检阀周期平均延长 32d ,累计增油4 4 5 4t,节约生产成本 32 .
Throwing-in and pulling production technique is important component part of gas lift production technology.The technique is provided with gas lift valve be took out from throwing-in and pulling sidepocket mandrel in a hole and put into sidepocket mandrel in a hole by steel wire tools and throwing-in and pulling tools.At present,it is widely adopted both in China and abroad.ZYPT-1 throwing-in and pulling sidepocket mandrel is important component part of throwing-in and pulling device for gas lift production.After 2001,throwing-in and pulling gas lift technique is used and added up to 30 wells,throwing-in and pulling operations is 13 times by using ZYPT-1 sidepocket mandrel,its success ratio is high up to 92.2%,average pump detection periods is prolonged 32 days,accumulated increase production is 4454 tons and saving production cost is 0.325 million Yuan in Wendong Oilfield.
