摘要
为了促进期刊社的健康发展 ,必须对期刊社的人力资源进行科学管理。提出一套管理期刊社人力资源的方法 :合理配置人员 ;对人员进行综合考核 ;建立良好的绩效考核机制 ;实行内部岗位轮换制 ;建立继续教育培训制 ;实行竞争淘汰制。实践证明 。
In order to make the periodical press develop well, it is necessary to scientifically manage the human resources. This paper expounds some ways for the management, such as arranging staffs reasonably, making comprehensive examination to them, carrying out a system of performance check, building a continuous education system, and so on. The practice results show that these ways to manage the human resources of periodical press are effective.
