摘要
介绍化工学报编辑部以化学工业出版社为依托 ,在人才建设方面取得的成功经验。具体介绍人才培养的途径、采取的办法和取得的效果。认为人才建设对科技期刊的发展具有重要作用。
This paper introduces the successful experience drawn by the editorial department of Journal of Chemical Industry and Engineering (China) in talent cultivation under the instruction of Chemical Industry Press. Details about the effective ways , adopted methods for fostering editors and achievements are also elaborated. It concludes that talent cultivation plays an important role in the development of the journal.
