信息技术的进步以及作者和读者的需求 ,推动着学术期刊数字化传播方式的发展。开放文档先导 (OAI)是一个旨在促进网络信息资源传播的合作组织。开放文献元数据采集协议 (OAMHP)通过元数据采集这种模式实现网上发布信息的不同组织之间的互操作。一些研究者和机构正试图通过建立“自归档”的开放访问文档来克服科学出版的费用壁垒。应当充分利用OAI提供的信息传播和交换能力来促进学术期刊的数字化传播。
The progress of information technology and the needs of the authors and readers promote the development of the digital dissemination of academic journals. Open Archive Initiative (OAI) is an organization aiming to facilitate the efficient dissemination of content. Open Archive Metadata Harvesting Protocol (OAMHP) allows the interoperability of different information dissemination organizations through metadata harvesting. Many researchers and institutes are trying to overcome the economic bulwark of academic publication by setting up 'self archiving' open access archives. We must make use of the information dissemination and exchange ability of OAI to promote the digital dissemination of academic journals.
