摘要
20世纪90年代末,开放访问运动兴起,建立科研论文的开放共享的文献库已经成为世界性的潮流。本文阐述了开放访问运动的概念、背景和意义,概括了开放访问运动的发展状况,并提出了图书馆的应对策略。
At the end of 1990s, the rise of open access movement and building up the academic literature database for open sharing became the world trend, This thesis elaborates the concept, background and significance, as well as the development status of the open access movement, and puts forward the strategy for the college libraries.
