摘要
该系统包括PSD,激光垂直准直器,数据采集箱和应用软件四个部分。激光准直器发出的 光分为两路:一路用于建立测量的垂直基准;另一路用于补偿光束的随机漂移。与导轨紧密相连的PSD用来检测导轨表面与垂直基准的距离变化。实验结果显示:使用降噪技术后,系统在50米测量范围内精度达40m,导轨直线度标准差也减小。
The system consists of PSD, laser vertical collimator, data sampling box and application software. The light emitted by laser collimator will be divided into two light paths: one is used to set up a vertical reference for measurement and the other is used to compensate random shift of light beam. The PSD that is closely connected with rail is applied to measuring the distance variation between rail surface and vertical reference. The experimental results show that the system accuracy within the measuring range of 50 m can be up to 40 μm after noise-reducing techniques being applied, and the standard error of rail straightness will also be reduced.
