摘要
甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)是异氰酸酯化合物中应用最广泛的品种之一 ,其工业生产主要采用胺光化法。近年来 ,关于光化工艺的优化研究层出不穷。考虑到现代化工过程越来越注重对成本、安全及环保的优化 ,因而分别研究了光化反应中各因素的影响 ,重点对反应器类型、溶剂种类及反应压力进行了比较 ,指出了各种工艺条件的优缺点 ,并在此基础上提出了TDI光化反应工艺过程的发展趋势 :低成本、高安全。
Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) is one of the most useful ki nds of isocyanate,which commercial production chiefly introduces the method of p hosgenation of amine.In the recent years,many advance technology of TDI producti on have been invented.In view of that modern chemical having high request about the cost,security and enviroment,this article researches the inflnence of each f actor and emphases on the types of reactor,dissolvent and pressure.Finally it gi v es a comparison result and points out the direction about development of the pro cess:low cost、high seaurity and environment.
