摘要
以K_2PtCl_4为原料,合成出两种具有生物活性的脂溶性配合物。经分析测定,确定了其组成和结构,并对热及在不同有机溶剂中的性质进行讨论。同时,对十二烷烯基丁二酸(反式-1,2-环已二胺)合铂(Ⅱ)与四氢呋喃过氧化物发生加合作用进行了研究。
Two kinds of hydrophobic platinum complexes which have been shown to be anticancer activity have been synthesized using k_2PtCl_4 employed as basic reacting substace. The composition and construction of complexes have been determined by instrumental and chemical analysis. The thermal stability and the properties in different organic solvents for complexes were also discussed. Additionally, addition reactions of dodecenylsuccinato-1.2diaminocyclohexane platinum(Ⅱ) with the superoxide of tetrahydrofuran has been also investigated.
