摘要
本文采用量子化学ＣＮＤＯ／２方法，对２，３─二甲基─２，３一丁二胺合铂（Ⅱ，Ⅳ）进行了计算；将计算结果对唐雯霞等人的动物实验数据［２］进行了线性回归分析。从对比较好的回归方程讨论中，我们得出：Ｐｔ（Ⅱ），Ｐｔ（Ⅳ）配合物与受体（ＤＮＡ）的作用，是受不同动力学过程控制的。
The results of the calculation of 2, 3-dimethyl-butyl-diamine-(2, 3) conjugated platinum (Ⅱ,Ⅳ) by means of the CNDO/2 were in linear regression analysis with TWX'S animal experimental data. From that we obtained the action of PT (Ⅱ), Pt (Ⅳ) complex to acceptor (DNA) was controlled by deferent kinetic process.
