摘要
目的 :研究干扰素 α- 2 b( IFN- α2 b)联合红细胞生成素 ( EPO)对骨髓纤维化 ( MF)红系祖细胞 ( CFU- E)的作用。方法 :采用细胞体外培养法对 2 0例 MF患者 CFU- E进行观察。结果 :单用IFN-α2 b对 MF患者 CFU- E有明显促增殖作用 ;与 EPO联合时其促增殖作用更加明显 ,使 MF患者 CFU- E接近正常对照组。结论 :IFN-α2 b联合 EPO对 MF患者红系祖细胞具有显著促增殖作用 。
Objective: To study the effect of IFN a 2b and EPO combination on CFU E of patients with MF. Methods: CFU E of 20 patients with MF were cultivated by cell cultivation in vitro. Results: The CFU E count was increased significantly after using IFN α2b alone. Administration of IFN α2b and EPO combination facilitated the proliferation of CFU E more significantly. Compared with the normal control, the count of CFU E of patient in combination of IFN α2b and EPO group was near the normal level. Conclusions: Combination of IFN α2b and EPO possesses synergistic effect on facilitating CFU E proliferation. And this paper provided reliable evidence for clinical application.
