表皮细胞生长因子对培养表皮角朊细胞DNA合成的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :选择培养表皮角朊细胞时添加表皮细胞生长因子 ( EGF)及小牛血清的最适浓度。方法 :添加不同浓度的 EGF及小牛血清 ,测定 3 H- Td R掺入量。结果 :添加 2 0μg· L-1EGF时3 H- Td R掺入量明显高于添加 5和 1 0 μg·L-1EGF时。结论 :2 0 μg·L-1EGF、2 0 %小牛血清为培养表皮角朊细胞的最适浓度。
