室内测定不同玉米品种对亚洲玉米螟的抗性 被引量:3

摘要 本研究采用室内盆裁不同玉米品种,待其长至50~70cm 高时,剪其顶部一段(约10cm),磨碎后分别加入人工饲料中,用以饲养亚洲玉米螟〔Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee)〕,经过一段时间后分别称虫重、量体长、观察记录化蛹时间,并用盆栽品种于室外栽植,进行田间测定.结果表明不同玉米品种在这几方面都有明显不同,所表现的抗螟性和感螟性与田间测定一致,从而可得出不同玉米品种抗螟性的差异.为筛选抗螟品种和指导推广大面积玉米品种提供了一个快捷简便的方法. This study was carried out by planting various corn lines in greenhouse,and the tops of plants 50~70cm tall were cut about 10cm above the whorl,the tops were then ground and added to the diets of Asian Corn Borer(ACB)Ostrinia furnacalis.Larvae reared on these diets were weighted later,the length measured,and the time of pupation recorded,and comparisons of field tests for these corn lines were also made.The result indicated that these corn lines under laboratory condition showed distinct difference in growth response to feeding on the resistant and susceptible plant material,and was ac- corded with the result of field test.In practice a single measurement of larva length at the end of 8 days rearing is sufficient.This method is efficient and simple for screening corn, (Zea mays L.)resistant to ACB.It also can direct the expanding of corn lines in corn area.
