摘要
目的 观察微波体外净化自体造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病的长期疗效。方法 自体骨髓 3 5例 ,自体骨髓和自体外周血干细胞联合移植 7例 ,自体外周血干细胞移植 3 4例。移植前采用微波体外净化自体骨髓和自体外周血干细胞。结果 76例病人造血均获造血重建 ,随访 5年 ,5年生存率 3 7 1% ,其中急性髓细胞性白血病 5年生存率40 1% ,急性淋巴细胞白血病 5年生存率 3 3 3 %。结论 自体造血干细胞移植对急性白血病的治疗是有效的。
Objective To observe the long term effectiveness of transplantation of autologous hemopoietic stem cell that was purged by microwave in acute leukemia.Methods Thirty-five ABMT,thirty-four APBSCT and seven autologous peripheral blood stem cell combining autologous bone marrow transplantation were performed for the treatment of acute leukemia.The autografts were purged by microwave prior to transplantation.Results 76 cases were engrafted successfully after AHSCT.The total disease-free survival rate of five years was 37.1%.The disease-free survival rate of five years was 40.1% in AML and 33.3% in ALL,respectively.Conclusion The treatment with AHSCT is effective on acute leukemia.
