DC-CIK治疗血液肿瘤的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 由于环境污染、电离辐射及食品农药残留等因素，血液肿瘤发病率逐年上升。随着现代生物技术如分子生物学、免疫学等基础学科的发展以及人们对血液肿瘤发病机制认识的不断深入，生物治疗孕育而生，并有望成为继化疗、造血干细胞移植后治疗血液肿瘤的又一有力武器。其中以DC-CIK为基础的细胞免疫治疗，成为国内外研究的热点，已广泛用于多系统肿瘤的治疗，本文就DC-CIK治疗血液肿瘤的研究现状做一综述。
