纳米ZrO_2/Pt复合材料的高温性能及高温断口分析 被引量:8

摘要 用胶体共混法制备纳米ZrO2/Pt粉体,再通过粉末冶金的方法制备出纳米ZrO2/Pt复合材料。通过正交试验方法对各影响条件进行了优选,测试了在最佳条件下制备的纳米ZrO2/Pt复合材料的高温性能,并对其高温拉伸断口及高温蠕变断口进行了分析。 The nano-ZrO2/Pt powders were prepared by colloid mixing method, and the nano-ZrO2/Pt composite were manufactured by powder metallurgy technique. The factors which affect the properties of the composites were optimized through the orthogonal trial. The tensile and creep life of the composites at high were tested , and the fracture surfaces were observed. It is shown that the tensile strength of the composites was 4.8-fold that of pure Pt, and the creep life of them was much higher than the pure Pt.
