摘要
本文应用放射免疫分析法测定日本大耳白兔和狗毛中孕酮和雌二醇的含量,结果表明:取200mg毛样加入4ml石油醚对孕酮进行提取,毛样提取液为0.01~ 0.50ml时,孕酮含量呈对数相关;而在0.01~0.20ml时,孕酮含量基本上呈线性相关.兔子腹部乳头周围毛样的孕酮含量显著高于背部毛样.注射外源性孕酮后,毛中孕酮的峰值出现较血浆中晚12h左右.毛样在18℃室温下保存10天对孕酮含量无影响.
Radioiummunoassay is developed to measure progesterone and estradiol in hairs taken from female rabbits and dogs in this present paper. The results show that 200 mg hairs are extracted by 4 ml petroleum ether. If the quanties of sample are 0.01 ml to 0.50 ml the correlativity between sample quanties and the results is logarithmic function, and if the quanties 0.01 ml to 0.20 ml, the correlativity linear function. The progesterone content in hairs from the abdomen around rabbit's udders is remarkable higher than that from the back. The results also show that the peak of progesterone in hairs appears 12 hours later than that in plasma after injected external progesterone. There is no effect on the progesterone content after the hairs is presverved at 18 degrees centigrade for 10 days.
