摘要
本文对熔模精铸高铬铸铁的化学成分、工艺特点进行了分析,经过试验确定了熔炼浇注、落件清理、热处理的工艺参数和生产中应注意的问题,严格按照工艺要求,生产出了高质量的精铸高铬铸铁产品。
Chemical composition and technology characteristics of precision casting of high chrome cast iron have been studied of which parameters of melting,pouring,knock_out,cleaning,heat treatment and problems in process been determined by test,hence high quality castings of such been produced meeting narrow technology require-ments.
