摘要
介绍钛及钛合金熔模精密铸件的应用领域,并对其铸造工艺中的熔模制备、造型材料的选择、熔炼浇注和铸件后续处理工序做了简要阐述。指出用熔模精密铸造技术生产钛及钛合金铸件的灵活性及优越性。
The application fields of revestment precision casting process for titanium and titanium alloy were briefly introduced, and the casting technology, such as the preparation of casting mould, the choice of molding materials, the process of smelting and pouring, the subsequent processing of castings, and so on, was briefly expounded. The flexibility and advantages of revestment precision casting technology were put forward in producing titanium and titanium alloy castings.
