摘要
在盆栽条件下,研究了Mycokick菌剂对草莓连作障碍的影响。结果表明,Mycokick菌剂能显著增加草莓的叶绿素含量,促进草莓的生长,提高草莓的生物量;同时,使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升,丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,细胞膜相对透性降低,根系活力增强。表明Mycokick菌剂能显著增强草莓的抗连作障碍的能力。
Potted cultures were carried out with strawberry for s tudying the effects of Mycokick bactericidal agent on replant-ed strawberry th rough inoculation.The results showed that Mycokick not only could significantly increase chlorophyll content of strawberry leaf,improve the growth of strawbe rry,enhance strawberry’s biomass,but also enhance SODase activity and reduce root TTC activity,MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability.As a r esult,it is believed that Mycokick can be used for protecting strawberry agains t replant disease.
