摘要
培养创新人才是目前高校的根本任务 ,然而教育思想及观念的滞后 ,师资缺乏及结构的不合理 ,学校个性及学生个性发展的局限性 ,教育投资的缺乏及教学管理的不完善等等 ,都制约着高校创新人才的培养 ,针对这些因素提出相应的对策是高校改革的重要课题。
Cultivating creative intellectual has been the ultimate task of today's university,and yet,some disadvantages are holding it back,such as sluggishness of teaching thoughts,shortage of teacher and its unreasonable composition,limitations in development of university's characteristics and student's personalities,lack of educational investment,incomplete management and so on. This text lays emphasis on analyzing those disadvantages and putting forward some counter measures.
