摘要
目的 本协作组旨在研制具有生物固定效应的非骨水泥型人工髋关节。方法 用两种材料 (羟基磷灰石及生物活性微晶玻璃 )制成的复合材料 ,涂层、烧结在钛合金人工假体上。经动物实验 ,用光镜、扫描电镜、同位素、电子探针检测 ,证明材料的理化性能稳定 ,能与骨呈现骨性结合 ,1988年开始应用于临床。结果 经过 1~ 13年随访 ,效果令人满意。结论 钙磷陶瓷生物活性材料理化性能稳定 ,生物相容性好 ,能与骨呈现骨性结合。将羟基磷灰石等涂层、烧结在钛合金假体上 ,制成非骨水泥型人工髋关节 ,已应用于临床十余年。
Objective To study the biological fixation effect of non bone cement type of artificical hip joint.Methods The compound material made from hydroxyapatite and biological activity microcrystal glass were coated and fired on the titanium alloy artificial joint.The experiments were performed on animal and detected by light microscope,electron microscope,isotope and electron probes.It was demonstrated that the feature of the material in physics and chemistry was stable and the combination of bones between animal and artificial bones was showed.This kind of artificial hip joint has been applied to the clinic since 1988.Results The clinical effect outcome were satisfactory in most of cases through from one to thirteen years of follow up.Conclusion This kind of compound material is good in biocompatibility and biomechanics and enables the combination of bones.The non bone cement type of artificial hip joint made from the compound material has been applied to the clinic for more than ten years.The more exact clinical efficacy needs a follow up with more cases as well as a long time.
