摘要
介绍了一种新型近β型医用钛合金TLM(Ti-(1.5—4.5)Zr-(0.5~5.5)Sn-(1.5~4.4)Mo-(23.5~26.5)Nb)的加工特性、显微组织和典型力学性能,探讨了板、棒、管典型材料的加工成形性及影响因素、不同热处理工艺与相应显微组织的变化规律,以及合金拉伸应力应变行为、高温拉伸性能、疲劳性能、耐磨性能等典型力学性能。结果表明。TLM合金是一种优良的生物医用材料,特别适合充当外科植入和矫形器械使用(人工关节、牙齿等)。
The process, microstructurc and typical mechanical properties of near β type titanium alloys Ti-(1.5 - 4.5)Zr-(0.5 - 5.5) Sn-(1.5 - 4.4) Mo- (23.5 - 26.5) Nb (TLM) were introduced. The processing capability and influencial effects, different heat treatment and their related microstructure evolutions, and the tensile stress-strain behavior, tensile properties at high temperature, fatigue properties and wear resistance were mainly discussed. The results show that TLM alloy is a promising biomedical material which is much more suitable for surgical implanting and orthopedic devices such as human joint, tooth etc.
