摘要
目的 研究Ki 6 7与PCNA两种增殖抗原在乳腺癌组织中的原位表达特点以及二者的差异性问题。方法 采用间接免疫荧光双标法对 30例乳腺癌组织切片进行Ki 6 7及PCNA染色 ,运用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察 ,分析细胞核的荧光阳性面积 ,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果 PCNA的核阳性面积明显大于Ki 6 7,二者的阳性面积呈正相关。结论 在乳腺癌组织中 ,PCNA抗原表达较强 ,几乎涵盖了所有Ki 6 7的增殖信息。
Purpose To investigate the expression of Ki 67 and PCNA in breast carcinoma tissue and the discrepancy between two proliferation markers' in situ. Methods The indirect immunofluorescent double staining method was employed to stain sections of 30 breast carcinoma cases. Laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) was used to observe the distribution of Ki 67 and PCNA. Fluorescent positive area of nucleus was adopted as analyzed index to process image. The correlation of two markers' nuclear positive area was analyzed statistically. Results The results suggested that the nuclear fluorescent positive area of PCNA were obviously larger than that of Ki 67.There was a strong positive correlation between PCNA and Ki 67. Conclusions PCNA has stronger expression in breast carcinoma and covered nearly all proliferation message of Ki 67. Two proliferation markers have their own characteristics.
