摘要
BH-211是以柠檬酸、柠檬酸铵及氟化铵混合而成的缓速酸,在现场使用时配入土酸和PAF_2粘土稳定剂。本文研究了BH-211缓速酸与岩芯的反应性,介绍了BH-211缓速酸酸化技术在孤东和孤岛油田现场应用情况。该缓速酸化技术增产增注的效果显著,特别适用于粘土含量高的硅质砂岩油藏。
The suggested retarded acid BH-211 is a mixtur of citric acid(0.2mol/l), ammonium citrate (0.1mol/l) and ammonium fluorid (0.1mol/l) in aqueous solution. As an acidizing fluid for use in siliceous sandstone reserviors, acid BH-211 is generally applied together with mud acid and clay stabilizer PA-F_2 in appropriate quantities. The reaction of acid BH-211 and BH-211+mud acid with powdered core samples of Gudong Oil Field at 50℃ is quite similar in tendency and stretches over 24 hrs without finishing. While 12% HCl and mud acid complete this reaction in 3 hrs.The field tests and practical operations on acidizing fluid BH-211 in 40 water injecting and 2 producing wells are performed in Gudong and Gudao Oil Fhields with high successfulness (95—100%).A reasoning of the retardation of acid/rock reaction is given.
