摘要
目的 探讨微创引流几种方式的个体化治疗高血压脑出血。方法 经CT或MRI检查的高血压脑出血患者 96例 ,在床边于局麻下以快速颅锥钻孔 ,置引流管于脑内血肿或脑室内 ,将治疗分为 5种方式 :方式 1,单侧脑室引流 ;方式 2 ,双侧脑室引流 ;方式 3,脑内血肿置管引流 ;方式 4 ,脑内血肿置管引流 +单侧脑室引流 ;方式 5 ,开颅术后残留或再发血肿引流。结果 96例患者中 ,死亡 14例 ,病死率14 6 %。结论 床边微创引流个体化治疗高血压脑出血具有简单实用、经济安全。
Objective To study the personality treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage through minilly invasive drainage.Methods 96 patients with hypertensive intracelebral hemorrhage were examined by CT or MRI,and were selected to punch skull and intubate drainage at intracerebral hematoma or ventricles rapidly with local paralysis at bedside.Five methods were used.The first way is unilateral ventricle drainage.The second way is belateral ventricles drainage.The third way is intubation drainage at intracerebral hematoma.The fifth way is drainage to remained or reocurrence hematoma after craniotomy. Conclusion It's simple,practial,econom safety and low mortality rate.
