摘要
目的 探讨重型高血压脑出血并脑室铸型的有效治疗方法 ,评价其治疗效果。方法 对 36例高血压脑出血患者采用双侧侧脑室灌洗、引流 ,腰椎穿刺脑脊液置换 ,配合微创小骨窗开颅手术治疗。结果 半年后随访结果 :治愈 8例 ,中残 14例 ,重残 9例 ,植物状态 2例 ,死亡 4例。结论 小骨窗微创手术加用双侧侧脑室灌洗。
Objective To study the treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage casting.Methods 36 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and casting were treated with bilateral intraventricular external drainage, intraventricular lavage,and purification of their cerebrospinal fluid, in combination with minimally invasive open hole on skull operation.Results A-half-year-later follow-up showed that 8 cases were cured,14 were moderately disabled, 9 were severely disabled, 2 cases were in vegetable state ,and 4 cases died.Conclusioin Open hole on skull operation with bilateral intraventricular lavage and purification of cerebrospinal fluid can be an effective method for severe hypertensive vertricular hemorrhage casting.
