摘要
目的 了解我国眼科医疗机构的数量、类型、地理分布、人力资源结构及医疗服务和设备使用情况等。方法 1997年 11月至 1998年 6月采用卫生部医政司与全国防盲办统一编制的《眼科现状调查表》 ,以信函方式调查我国 1996年所有已注册的眼科医疗机构 ,1999年 3月应用SAS统计软件对其函调结果进行汇总及分析。结果 1996年我国眼科医疗机构共有 4 15 1家 ,眼科编制床位 4 32 0 4张 ,眼科医师 2 2 5 77人 ,眼科技术人员 15 2 7人 ,眼科护理人员 16 4 4 8人。结论 眼科医疗机构分布不合理、人力资源分布不均衡是制约我国防盲治盲工作深入开展的主要原因。
Objective To identify the quantity,constitution,distribution,human resources,medical service,equipment utilization conditions of our ophthalmic organizations.Methods Adopt the ophthalmology status survey forms developed by the Department of Health Administration of Ministry of Health and Office of National Committee for Prevention of Blindness to investigate the registered medical treatment organizations in the whole mainland of Cina in 1996.The collected data were analyzed using SAS software.Results There were 4 151 ophthalmological organizations,43 204 beds for ophthalmic patients, 22 577 eye doctors,and 16 448 ophthalmic nurses in China in 1996. 41.55% of eye dectors worked in the general hospitals above the county level.Conclusion The distribution of ophthalmic organizations and human resource is uneven.It may be the main cause to restrict the activities for prevention fo blindness in China.
