摘要
以木质素磺酸钙、腐殖酸盐和有机络合剂等为原料,应用二次回归试验设计方法合成了新型泥浆稀释剂XG-1。评价了XG-1的性能,介绍了该稀释剂在现场的应用情况和作用机理。试验结果表明,XG-1不污染环境,抗盐抗温性能好,在较低pH值时的高温稀释效率高于铁铬木质素磺酸盐。
The synthesis of mad thinner XG-1 starting from sodium humate(A), organic complexing agent(B, containing elements C,N,P,O, and H and possessing hydroxyl and phosphonyl), FeSO_4(C), calcium lignosulfonate(D)and NaOH is described and discussed in detail. A secondary regression equation for thinning efficiency forecast is established in terms of relative contents of these starting materials in reaction mixtures. The product with the highest thinning efficiency is prepared using a reaction mixture of 21%A, 37%B, and 35%C. XG-1 thus obtained is an effective thinner for weighted muds at low use levels(as low as 0.1%). Original and weighted muds with XG-1 are more heatresistant and muds with XG-1 are more tolerent to salt and calcium than those with FCLS. The field tests in more than 50 wells in Sheugli, Zhongyuan and other Oil Fields are fair successful. The functioning mechanizms of XG-1 in muds are discussed.
