以落叶松树皮为原料,通过磺化、络合、氧化等反应,合成了一种新型抗盐抗高温的钻井液添加剂——铁锡栲胶-木质素磺酸盐(FSLS)。对FSLS的性能进行了室内评定。结果表明,FSLS的综合性能优于铁铬木质素磺酸盐,在淡水泥浆中抗温不低于180℃、抗NaCl达8%,同时兼有降失水作用,对环境无污染。
A new salt-tolerent, beat-resistant mud additive, ferrostannotannin-ligninosulfonate (FSLS), is prepared starting from tree bark of pine larix, which is sulfonatedby Na_2SO_3 to sulfotannin-lignin, the later reacts with complexing agent and oxidant to give the end product. This is a powdered material of brown-black color, readily soluble in water, cold or hot, with pH1-14. Its composition is evidenced by IR-spectrometric data. FSLS with ratio of coplex-ions Fe to Sn 1:1 is the most effective mud thinner of all FSLS samples synthesized and is a better thinner in fresh water muds than FCLS and modified tannins. The volume expansion of montmorillonite in filtrate liquor of salt water muds with 0.45% FSLS and FCLS is similar. In equal concentrations 0.45% the thinning function of FSLS in 5% and 8% salt water muds is stronger than that of FCLS. FSLS is more heat-resistant than FCLS and a modified tannin, according to fresh water mud behavior at 50℃ after rolling at 180℃ for 24hrs. Thus, FSLS can serve asa heat-resistant (≥180℃) salt-tolerent (>8%NaCl) mud thinner and a filtration-loss controller in some extent.
