摘要
本文通过与转相相关、形成最佳中相微乳液的相态试验方法,在大庆油田平均地层温度(45℃)和地层水条件下研究了碳数较高的混合醇对大庆原油微乳液性质的影响。由正辛醇、异戊醇和异丁醇组成的混合醇显示良好的协同效应,能明显加宽所形成三相体系的矿化度范围。所配制的中相微乳液与原油的界面张力迟到了10^(-3)mN/m 的超低值,对大庆原油具有明显的增溶作用。
This experimental study is conducted at the average reservior temperature 45℃ by using the phase inversion and optimal middle phase formation procedure.Commercial petroleum sulfonates TRS18 and PHH with average equivalent>500 are selected as sur- factant and isobutanol,isopentanol,and n-octanol in mixture are used as auxiliaries.The minerality range of the test water for the Daqing crude oil/surfactant/isopentanol/con- nate water systems to form optimal middle phase microemulsions at ratios of surfaetant to alcohol 72/28 and of water to oil 3/1 is in coincidance with that of Daqing connate water (1000-7000mg/l) excellently (3000-7100mg/l in the case of TRS18) or ratherwell (2500-5100mg/l in the case of PHH).When the alcohol mixture is used instead of iso- amyl alcohol in equal amount at the same conditions,the water minerality range for the microemulsion forming is broadend to over 1000-9000mg/l and the middle phase micro- emulsion volume enlarges with increasing n-octanol to isopentanol ratio in the alcohol mixture with constant isobutanol content.The interracial tensions between Daqing crude oil and the microemulsions decrease with increasing n-octanol to isopentanol ratio and water minerality and can reach the ultralow values of 10^(-3) mN/m.
