概述了胜利油田最近几年试验和应用钻井液新助剂的情况,介绍了 SJK-1与 SJK-2解卡剂、单向压力暂堵剂、SN-1固体乳化剂、RH-881润滑剂、XG-1高温无铬稀释剂、GH-55型与水基密闭取芯液、JFF 聚腐复合粉、K-AHM 与 MHP 防塌剂的组成与性能特点。
In this article the new additives for drilling fluids and mud materials field-tested and put into field use in recent years are introduced.These are:pipe-freeing agents SJK-1(oil based)and SJK-2(water based),temporarily plugging agent under unidirectional pressure,powdered emulsifying agent SN-1,defoamer/lubricant NDL-1,lubricant RH-881 for high density drilling fluids,chromium-free thinner XG-1 for use at high temperatures,sealing/coring fluids GH-55(oil based) and water based,PHPAM/humate /bentonite compounded mud material JFF,anticaving agents K-AHM and MHP (non-fluorescent).
