摘要
在石油钻井及修井作业中,卡钻故障常有发生,给施工单位造成不同程度的损失。测卡松扣仪是一种最有效的确定卡点位置并在所测卡点处进行爆炸松扣的工具,是灵敏度高、可靠性强的应力探测装置,其传感器利用压磁效应原理,准确探测出被测管柱上的形变,并且将此形变转换成电信号进行识别,准确地诊断出卡点的位置。该技术在国内外均有相应的报道,但国内使用的仪器均为从国外引进的技术,未见成型的自主研发的产品。文中主要介绍了测卡松扣仪的研究成果及其现场应用情况,并介绍了该系统的技术特点与创新。
Stuck pipe are frequently encountered during well drilling and service.Free point back-off instrument is the most effective tool for detecting the exact free point and conducting explosion backing off afterwards.This instrument is a highly sensitive stress detecting device,which detects the deformation of the pipe string based on the piezomagnetic effect,while the deformation is converted into electric signals for identification,so as to determine the exact free point location.This method was introduced on many literatures,however,all of the free point back-off instruments used at home are imports from other country.There is not self-determination production at home.It particular introduced the study on this most effective tool,it also introduced the characteristics,innovation and application of this instrument.
