摘要
本文改进了磺化丙酮-甲醛缩聚物的合成方法,讨论了合成条件对产物作为油井水泥浆分散剂的性能的影响。
Sulphonated aceton-formaldehyde polycondensates,SAF,are a new commercial disper- sant for oil well cement slurries.In this paper the dispersing property of SAF is stud- ied as functions of synthetic reaction variables.High performance SAF samples are ob- tained at the conditions of synthesis:0.20—0.25 mol NaHSO_3 per 1.538 mol(aceton+ CH_2O),0.40—0.55 g catalyst per 1.87 mol(aceton+CH_2O+NaOSO_3),aceton-to-formal- dehyde ratio 0.40—0.55,total solid content in reaction mixture 55%.Coment slurries have satisfactory rheological behavior when SAF are introduced in amount 0.2%.
