摘要
本法采用D—238树脂,使痕量金属杂质元素与基体铕有效定量分离并得到富集用6mol=1 HNO_2解脱被吸附在树脂上的非稀土杂质元素,以ICP-AES法同时测定4N荧光级Eu_2O_3中痕量Cu、Fe、Nit和Pb。方法的测定下限为0.28-2.43μg/g,回收率95% 105%,相对标准偏差(?)—7.5%。
A new method is described for the determination of the trace amount of Cu, Fe, Ni and Pb in 99. 99% purity europium oxide by ICP-AES using D-238 chelating resin column preconcentration. The lowest limits of determination are 0. 28 - 2. 43μg/g. The recovery is 95- 104% and the relative standard deviation is ≤7. 5%.
