摘要
本文介绍利用萃取法回收聚芳纤维纸生产废液中极性溶剂二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)。由于DMAc价格贵,用量大,在绝缘纸整个生产工艺中重复使用,萃取回收对于降低成本、扩大再生产、保护环境、三废治理都具有重要意义。
A liquid-liquid extraction process was studied for recovering dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) from aqueous 38% calcium chloride solutions using chloroform as the extractant. The six experimental stages with counter-current extraction percentage 96. 2% of DMAc were accepted. For the purpose of quick on-line analysis an ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry for determining DMAc at wave-length 200nm was established.
