摘要
以二氧化钛、硅铝纤维纸为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一种新型的V2O5-WO3-Mo O3/Ti O2催化剂。通过XRD、BET和SEM表征分析和催化剂的脱硝活性测试,确定了载体及催化剂的最佳煅烧温度,结果表明,催化剂载体和催化剂的煅烧温度均为500℃时,催化剂脱硝活性最佳;当催化剂活性成分质量分数V2O5、WO3,Mo O3分别为3%、7%、4%时,在模拟烟气条件下其脱硝效率可达91.75%。
A new type catalyst,V2O5- WO3- MoO3/ TiO2,was prepared by impregnation,using Ti O2 and silica alumina fiber paper as catalyst support. The catalyst was characterized by XRD,BET and SEM,and the denitration activity of catalyst was tested. The optimum calcination temperature was determined. The results show that when the catalyst active components V2O5,WO3,and MoO3 is 3%,7%,and 4% respectively and the calcinations temperature is 500℃,the denitration efficiency is 91. 75%.
