摘要
本文认为高等教育资源配置实际是三种力量相互作用的结果,即:市场、政府和学术力量。这里的学术力量是指在配置高等教育资源中相对于市场力量和政府力量而言内置于高等教育微观组织中对人力资本投资具有特殊影响的治理方式。文章通过对学术力量的产生及其历史演进的分析,认为学术力量发挥作用的程度是以大学的组织功能的变化为晴雨表的,不同历史时期由于市场对高等教育需求的不同,使高等教育呈现出不同的功能,从而决定了学术力量在高等教育资源配置中发挥作用的大小,正是由于市场的逐步完善决定了在中国高等教育资源配置中学术力量的回归和高等教育治理方式的变革。
Education resource disposition in higher education is the outcome of three forces which interacted with each other, i. e. market, government and academic strength. This paper holds that it is the gradual perfection on the part of the market that decides the reform of the administrative mode of the resource disposition of the Chinese higher education.
