摘要
目的 :为了方便生物医药学领域的细胞学工作者以及在读研究生快捷、准确地查阅细胞学杂志文献。方法 :利用和开发 NCBI的 Medline数据库的细胞学杂志文献资源 ,收集并科学地编辑了 Internet细胞学杂志文献搜索引擎。尤为重要的是 ,我们对该数据库中的每种细胞学杂志都做了相应的超级链接。结果 :从 NCBI的 Medline (Pub Med)中检索并按字母顺序排列出 15 6种有关细胞学的杂志名录 ,每种细胞学杂志都有了相应的超级链接 ,从而制作成一个系统的、方便的、科学的、独特的有关细胞学杂志文献的搜索引擎。结论 :该搜索引擎能快捷、方便、准确、动态地检索 15 6种细胞学杂志及其每一种细胞学杂志的全部文献题录 ,并可在 Pub Med中进一步检索出部分文献的摘要和全文 ,从而制作成目前国内第一个系统的、方便的。
Purpose: To help cytologists in medicinal field and the studying postgraduates look up cytology journals and related documents in them more quickly and exactly. Methods: We used and exploited and collected the search engine with cytology journals sources of Medline database in NCBI, and further we edited what we need in cytological field alphabetically. More importantly, we made corresponding super-linkage editing for each cytology journal. Results: There were 156 names of cytology journals from Medline in NCBI we indexed and listed ,and each cytology journal had its own URL through its super-link we made thereby to develop a systematic, special search engine for cytology journals. Conclusion: The search engine can not only search out the titles of all articles from both 156 cytology journals and each cytology journal quickly,exactly and dynamically but also obtain abstracts and full texts of some articles from PubMed. Also it is the first search engine in the field, showing its value.
