摘要
目的 :为了方便遗传学工作者以及在读研究生快捷、准确地查阅遗传学杂志文献。方法 :开发和利用 NCBI的Medline数据库的遗传学杂志文献资源 ,收集并科学地编辑了 Internet遗传学杂志文献搜索引擎。尤其我们对该数据库中的每种遗传学杂志都做了相应的超级链接。结果 :从 NCBI的 Medline (Pub Med)中检索并按字母顺序排列出 134种有关遗传学的杂志名录 ,每种细胞学杂志都有了相应的超级链接 ,从而制作成一个有关遗传学杂志文献的搜索引擎。结论 :此搜索引擎能快捷、准确、动态地检索 134种遗传学杂志及其每一种遗传学杂志的全部文献题录 ,并可在 Pub Med中进一步检索出部分文献的摘要和全文 ,从而制作成目前国内第一个系统的、方便的。
Objective:To help geneticists and studying postgraduates look up genetics journals and related papers in them more quickly and exactly. Methods: We used and exploited the search engine with genetics journals sources of Medline database in NCBI, and further we edited what we collected alphabetically. Especially we made corresponding super-linkage editing for each cytology journal.Results: We indexed and listed 134 names of genetics journals from Medline in NCBI, and each genetics journal had its own URL through its super-link we made thereby to develop a systematic, special search engine for genetics journals. Conclusion: The search engine can not only search out the titles of all articles from 134 genetics journals quickly,exactly and dynamically but also obtain abstracts and full texts of some articles from PubMed. Also it is the first search engine in the field, showing its value.
