摘要
目的 :探讨 CHROMagar显色培养基和沙保弱培养基分离鉴别酵母样真菌的差异。方法 :取临床标本 2 6 3例 ,同时分别划线接种于两种培养基上 ,分离鉴别酵母样真菌。结果 :CHROMagar显色培养基分离鉴别酵母样真菌快速、简便、准确 ,通过菌落显色易于观察、假阳性低、检测效果好。沙保弱培养基尚需改进本身质量。结论
Objective:To study the effects of CHROMagar medium and sabouraud medium in distinguishing saccharomyces.Methods:Clinical data of 263 cases were streak-inoculated in the two media respectively.Results:CHROMagar medium was more rapid,handy and precise than sabouraud medium in separating and distinguishing saccharomyces.When dyed,it was easy to observe the colony,and also low false-positive.However,sabouraud medium needs to advanced.Conclusion:The CHROMager medium is more practical and applicable than sabouraud medium in distinguishing saccharomyces.
