摘要
目的 :研究氧化苦参碱对成纤维细胞增殖及 型胶原合成的影响 ,阐明其抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法 :用甲基噻唑基四唑 MTT(metyl thiazolyl tetronzolium)比色法和免疫细胞化学染色技术分别检测小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞 (NIH3T3)增殖和 型胶原的合成。结果 :氧化苦参碱能明显抑制成纤维细胞的增殖及 型胶原的合成 ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论 :氧化苦参碱可通过抑制成纤维细胞增殖及
Objective:To study the effects of oxymatrine on fibroblastic proliferation and synthesis of procollagenⅠ and its mechanism in fibrosis.Methods:The fibroblastic proliferation and synthesis of procollagenⅠwere measured by MTT bioassay and immunocytochemistry.Results: The oxymatrine significantly inhibited fibroblastic proliferation,growth and synthesis of procollagenⅠin a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion: The oxymatrine has anti-hepatic fibrosis effects through inhibiting fibroblastic proliferation,growth and synthesis of procollagenⅠ.
