摘要 获得性防卫功能是生物在原有的结构和功能的基础上 ,在某种因素的诱导或参与下 ,产生的新的强大的防卫功能。获得性免疫、适应性细胞保护和 RNA干扰均为生物获得性防卫功能。进一步研究获得性防卫功能对防病治病意义重大。利用获得性免疫知识和技术开发免疫疗法 ;在胃肠道、胰腺、肝脏、心、脑等多种组织器官中利用细胞保护抵抗细胞损伤 ;RNA干扰正在功能基因组学领域掀起一场真正的革命 。 Acquired immunity functions here mean those new powerful defense capabilities produced by a certain factor inducement or participation on the basis of organism congenital structures and functions. Acquired immunity, adaptable cytoprotection and RNA interference are organism acquired defense functions. Immune therapy will be developed by using acquired immunity knowledge and technology, cell damage will be resisted by using cytoprotection in some tissues and organs such as the gastrointestinal tract, pancrease, liver, heart, brain, etc. and a new revolution is beginning in the functional genome field because of RNA interference, which may supply new strategies for gene therapy for tumors. Therefore, further studies of acquired immunity functions should be needed and of great significance in the prevention and cure of diseases.
