脑缺血后神经营养因子的表达及神经保护机制 被引量:2

摘要 已有证据表明 ,脑缺血后多种神经营养因子及其受体表达上调 ,并对缺血性损伤起保护作用。脑缺血诱导神经营养因子表达上调的主要因素为谷氨酸释放、兴奋性氨基酸受体激活、钙离子内流以及细胞膜去极化。神经营养因子对脑缺血的神经保护机制包括 :(1)拮抗兴奋性氨基酸毒性 ,维持细胞内钙离子稳定 ;(2 )增强抗氧化酶活性 ,抑制诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达 ,抗自由基损伤 ;(3)抗细胞凋亡 ;(4 )增强蛋白激酶C活性 ;(5 )修复受损神经元。研究脑缺血神经营养因子的表达及神经保护机制 ,有助于进一步阐明脑缺血神经损伤的病理生理机制。
