摘要
GATA 3是能与〔T/A(GATA)A/G〕序列结合的锌指结构家族的转录因子之一。目前研究认为它是T细胞发育中关键的调节因子 ,能诱导TH2 型细胞分化 ,调控TH1/TH2 平衡 ,在支气管哮喘的发病中起重要作用 ,使用GATA 3反义寡核苷酸阻断GATA 3的表达可以抑制各种TH2 型前炎性细胞因子的产生 ,从而减轻肺部过敏性炎症。
