摘要
东北的振兴必须需要一个健全的金融体系的支持。从当前东北的金融业看,清除历史的不良资产包袱是东北地区金融业发挥其积极促进作用的前提,改革投融资体制是切断银行业不良资产不断新增的制度性关键,而形成一个分工有序的金融市场体系则是有效发挥金融业支持作用的重点所在。
The vigorous development of northeast China needs the support of a sound financial system.Looking at the current financial industry in the northeast China,removing the historical burden of non-performed capitals is the prerequisite of letting the financial industry in the northeast to play a positive role,reform of financial system is the key to the stopping of increase or non-performed capitals,and the formation of an orderly financial market system is an important point for the financial industry to play an effective role.
