摘要
入世三年以来,中国按照加入世贸组织的条款要求,分步骤、分阶段开放金融服务业,完善金融法规体系和监管体系。目前,外资金融机构已经成为中国金融体系的重要组成部分,其经营状况已经稳定进入盈利期,与中资银行的竞争与合作开始广泛展开,对中国的金融体系产生了积极的影响,同时也对现有的金融机构经营模式、监管模式形成了一定的冲击,需要及早对外资金融机构进入规模扩大带来的新问题进行对策性研究。
According to the promise accompanie d with the entrance to WTO three years ago,China has opened the finan-cial service industry step by step an d devoted to build a comprehensive system of financial laws and the framew ork of regulation.Now,the foreign -funded financial institutions play an important role in our financial system.The competi tion and corpora-tion between native and foreign financial enterprises are common in many fields ,which bring an active influence to China' s financial system .At the same time ,the foreign -funded financial institutions take a strike to the business model of the native financial enterprises and the frame of regulation.Accordingly ,we shou ld study the new problems caused by the expanding of foreign financial.
