发育中小鼠胃G、D细胞的分布及比值变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察发育中小鼠胃G细胞与D细胞的分布及G/D细胞比值的变化。方法 免疫组织化学技术。结果 胎龄第 17天 ,小鼠胃窦部出现G细胞 ,第 18天在胃窦和胃体部均可见D细胞。小鼠出生前后 ,胃体中始终未见G细胞 ,而D细胞主要分布于胃体。G/D细胞比值在胚胎期约为 1∶1~ 4∶1,新生期约为 3∶1,成熟期约为 4∶1。结论 小鼠胃窦G。 Objective To further investigate the distribution of G and D cells and the change of the ratio of G/D in stomach during the development of mice. Method Immunohistochemical method was used. Results G cells were found in gastric antrum at ED17, and D cells were found both in antrum and in the body at ED18. G cells had never been found in the body before and after birth, while most of D cells exsited in the body. The ratio of G/D was about 1∶1~1∶4 before birth, 3∶1 during the newborn period and4∶1 during maturity. Conclusion The ontogeny and the change of ratio of G and D cells in mouse stomach hold their species specificity.
