摘要
探讨神经内分泌 G、D细胞与慢性胃炎的关系。用免疫细胞化学方法对 5 2例慢性胃炎及 9例对照者进行胃窦粘膜内 G、D细胞密度计数。结果显示慢性胃炎病人的 G、 D细胞数均低于对照组 ,特别是萎缩性胃炎 G、 D细胞显著减少 ,同时还发现不同组别、不同程度的萎缩性胃炎 ,其 G细胞的数量均大于 D细胞 ,G/ D细胞的比值在中、重度萎缩性胃炎与其它组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。资料还显示 G、D细胞的计数不仅可以判断胃窦粘膜的萎缩程度 ,而且可作为观察临床疗效的一项重要指标。
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the chronic gastritis and neuroendocrine G and D cells. In present study, 52 cases with chronic gastritis, and 9 cases of health control were studied. The number of G and D cells in the gastric antrum was counted with immunocytochemical method. The results indicated that the number of G and D cells of all of chronic gastritis was lower than that in control. Especially in the chronic atrophic gastritis, the number of G,D cells was significantly decreased and paralleled with atrophy degrees. Simultaneously, we found that the amount of G cells was higher than that of D cells in different groups and various degrees of atrophic gastritis. The ratio of G,D in medium and heavy atrophic gastritis was significantly different ( P <0 01) as compared with the other groups. The data also indicated that the density of G,D cells was not only used to judge the atrophy degree in the antrum mucosa but also served as an important marker for curative effect in clinic.
